She further advanced her career by pursuing a second residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Seth G. S. Medical College & King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital, India's premier institution for plastic surgical training. Here, she mastered the intricate balance between surgical precision and artistic finesse, enabling her to create outcomes that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. During her time at KEM, she had the privilege of training under esteemed mentors including Dr. Vinita Puri, Dr. Kapil Agrawal and Dr. Chandrashekhar Chalwade, whose guidance was instrumental in shaping her surgical philosophy.

With a commitment to excellence, both in India and globally, Dr. Vidhi has traversed the world to train under distinguished surgeons and institutions, refining her skills and expanding her perspectives. Her distinguished fellowships include the ISAPS fellowship in Aesthetic and Congenital Plastic Surgery at the renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, where she gained invaluable experience in paediatric and aesthetic procedures under the mentorship of Mr. Neil Bulstrode, Mr. Brian Sommerlad and Mr. Simon Eccles.
